Passenger Service Agents – Dublin Port

We are looking for Passenger service agents for a Client in Dublin Port, Dublin 1.

Duties include, checking in passengers, checking documents, dealing with customer complaints and queries

Excellent customer service and communication skills essential

Flexibility for weekend and shift work required

Must have own transport.

Hours: from 40 hours per week

Flat Rate: €14.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €14.00 per hour

Shifts- Must be available to start any time.

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dublin Port: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• Fluent English (preferred)
